4. Pricing and Payments
Currency: All prices are listed in Icelandic Kronar, unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront for most services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit card, or bank transfer to date.
Taxes and Fees: Prices may not include applicable taxes or fees. Clients are responsible for any additional costs, including international transaction fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if:
1. A service is not delivered as agreed.

2. The request for a refund is made within 7 days of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Beyond this period, cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All designs and content created by Ignite Station remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client for the agreed-upon usage rights.
Usage Rights: Clients may use designs for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the service agreement. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ignite Station is not liable for:
1. Delays or errors caused by third parties, including shipping providers and digital platforms.

2. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
