1. What services does Ignite Station offer? We specialize in custom graphic design, HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) customization, printable vinyl designs, and creative workshops. Whether you need personalized items, unique designs, or guidance with your creative projects, we’re here to help.
2. Do you ship internationally? We do not offer international shipping but we do it locally.
3. How do I get started? Simply visit our Contact Me page and fill out the form with details about your project. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days to discuss your ideas and next steps.
Design and Customization
4. Can I provide my own designs for customization? Absolutely! If you have a specific design in mind, you can upload it through the Contact Me form. We’ll work with you to ensure it’s optimized for your chosen project.
5. What materials do you work with for HTV customization? We can apply HTV to various materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends, as well as tote bags and other compatible surfaces. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll confirm compatibility.
6. Can you create designs from scratch? Yes! Whether you have a vague idea or need a fully developed concept, we’re here to create designs tailored to your vision.
Payments and Policies
7. What payment methods do you accept? At the moment, we accept payments through Credit card, or bank transfer locally. Full payment is required upfront for most projects unless otherwise specified.
8. Do you offer refunds? Refunds are available under specific conditions, such as if the service is not delivered as agreed. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
9. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations may incur a fee based on the work completed.
